Lara has over 15 years’ experience across aged care, disability and hospital settings, and also cares for her son living with disability, giving her a unique understanding of the support families truly need. Rey has a strong clinical background, including experience as a paramedic and theatre nurse, and is passionate about building people up and helping them achieve meaningful goals.
Alongside our case manager, Don Fontabla, and a team of local care professionals, we take the time to listen, understand your goals and develop a care plan that suits your life.
