Everyone deserves to feel safe, supported and valued – especially in their own home. But something this can be difficult to achieve, especially if you require support for everyday tasks.

How assisted boarding homes can help

If you need significant help with everyday tasks, boarding homes for seniors and people with disability can be a great option.

This is a service that provides supported accommodation for two or more people with additional needs – whether due to permanent disability, the impacts of mental illness or aged related frailty.

While living in the boarding house, you can receive help with things like showering, preparing meals, managing medication, caring for your wellbeing or maintaining your mobility. These homes are also located in the community, so you can easily stay connected to friends.
