At Home Caring Grampians, we don’t believe that one size fits all, as quality of life looks different for everyone. We tailor our range of services to suit your unique circumstances. Whether you need help preparing meals, personal care for tasks like getting dressed in the morning, capacity building activities, high level care or help getting to appointments, we’ll listen to your needs and create a care plan that’s just right for you.  What is government funded aged care?

If you find it difficult to do everyday tasks at home, you may qualify for a Home Care Package: a type of care that provides services to help you live independently at home.

This coordinated package of care services could include regular visits from a care worker who helps with basic tasks, like meal preparation and housework. Or it could be social activities to keep you active, respite care to give your loved one a break, transport to help you stay connected to the community, or mobility aids to help you live safely at home.

As an aged care provider, Home Caring Grampians offers Home Care Packages designed around you, ranging from basic care to specialised services and high-level care.
