About the location
Mambourin and Wyndham Vale are quiet yet friendly neighbourhoods in Melbourne’s west, designed to offer residents with city-like convenience in an attractive setting.
Our SDA homes are close to a town centre, shops, medical centres, community centre, parklands, recreation spaces and cafes. They are an easy drive away to Melbourne’s CBD and Geelong with access to the Princes Freeway, and close to buses and a choice of four stations (including a proposed train station at Mambourin.)
What is a High Physical Support SDA home?
Under the NDIS, a High Physical Support home is one of the four Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) design categories. It provides enhanced physical access provisions for people with significant physical impairment and high support needs. This means the home will include features like continuous, step free accessways; accessible parking; lower windows; accessible bathrooms and kitchen, assistive technology; emergency power back up, and structural provision for ceiling hoists.
For more information about our homes or to speak to one of our SDA specialists, please get in touch.
