Home Caring Loganlea is led by Harpreet Heer, an experienced Registered Nurse who brings over a decade of expertise in aged care. With a rich background in hospital settings, community settings, and palliative care, Harpreet understands the diverse needs of our clients and is dedicated to providing personalised support and a high quality of care that makes people feel truly valued.

Harpreet is a Loganlea local who is passionate about ensuring elderly clients and people with disability have real choice and control over their support plan. As a nurse educator, Harpreet not only delivers exceptional care, but also shares her knowledge and passion with others, ensuring that our standards remain high. Exceptional government-funded care

Home Caring Loganlea provides government-funded Home Care Packages and NDIS supports. We’ll help you live as independently as possible, and ensure you get the best value out of your government funding.

Home Care Packages: from help with the housework to personal care, assistance with grocery shopping or meal preparation, our senior care services will help you stay healthy and safe, so you have the freedom to live at home for as long as you choose.

NDIS plans: our care team provides empowering NDIS support that helps you build valuable skills, enjoy a healthy lifestyle, engage in your local community, and work towards your goals. We’re here to help you live independently and get the most out of life.

Home Caring also provides respite care for seniors and NDIS participants, to give family carers a break from care responsibilities.
