Home Care Services in Gordon:

Here are some of the home care services we can offer you:

Disability Care: The word disabled is often used as an all-encompassing term, but there is no one-size-fits all care package when it comes to those with disabilities. Each individual has their own unique needs and lifestyle. We provide a personalised care service for disabled adults, enabling them to live a happy and comfortable life.

Elderly Care: When a loved one gets to a certain age it can become harder for them to carry out certain tasks, such as driving, cooking, cleaning, gardening, and basic hygiene. Mobility may be an issue, and susceptibility to illnesses could severely impact their health. An elderly care package will help them to live their day-to-day life and fulfil their fundamental needs.

End of Life and Palliative Care: Seeing someone you love near the end of their life can be devastating. And that’s why it’s important you get all the help you can, so your family can enjoy the time you have left together. Palliative care involves making your loved one as comfortable as possible, taking the burden away from your shoulders.

Why Choose Home Caring?

There are several excellent reasons to choose Home Caring to assist your loved one, including:

Personal Service: Our care is tailored to each individual client, as we know that every single person has their own unique needs and preferences. Your loved one will be closely attended by a carer who can help them with whatever tasks and activity they may be struggling with.

Expert Care: When you choose Home Caring, you know your loved one is receiving the best care possible. We are an NDIS Service Provider in Gordon, with an excellent staff of expert carers who are trained and experienced in delivering first-rate care. Your loved one is in safe hands with us.

Relief: Looking after a loved one with complex needs can be incredibly overwhelming for you and your family. It can eat up a lot of your time and money, making it harder for you to focus on other areas of your life that also need your attention. Opting for home care can relieve you of this burden, allowing you to live a more balanced lifestyle without having to worry that your loved one needs help. It’s important to look after your own mental health and wellbeing too.

Independence: A home care service offers your loved one a lot more independence than they would receive at a residential care home. If capable, they have the freedom to go out whenever they like and can enjoy complete control over their mealtimes, sleep schedule and other daily activities. In a care home, the needs of everyone are balanced, but with one-to-one home care, your loved one is the top priority.

Cost: Caring for a loved one by yourself can end up costing you a lot of money, and sometimes it makes financial sense to opt for a carer. Many people worry they can’t afford such a service, but we offer a range of at home care packages to suit all budgets and needs. This means that you are only ever paying for the care you need.

Happy Friday HC fam!

It’s been a busy and productive week here at Home Caring with only forty days till the end of the year we are full steam ahead! One highlight was the team-building and networking session with our amazing Home Caring Bankstown team. The workshop was a huge success bringing everyone together to learn, grow and strengthen our skills.

These sessions are such a valuable part of what we do as they foster connection, build efficiency and empower us to deliver the best care to our clients. As we all know being a support worker can sometimes feel isolating but moments like these remind us of the incredible community we’re all a part of.

Let’s all carry that energy into the weekend—it’s going to be a hot one, so stay cool and take care! 🩵

Happy Sunday HC fam! Recently our Home Caring Vermont team had the privilege of attending the 20th anniversary celebration of Hope City Mission, a vital organisation making a profound difference in our community. As proud sponsors we deeply admire their unwavering dedication to providing food relief, support and hope to those in need. Hope City Mission’s initiatives extend far and wide from their compassionate crisis support programs to sustainable efforts like planting seedlings, whose produce directly benefits people facing hardship. It’s a joy to stand beside them in their mission to uplift lives and foster resilience.

Our sponsorship reflects Home Caring’s core value of giving without expecting anything in return. We’re thrilled to have contributed to initiatives like installing a sprinkler system to nurture their community garden, where fresh produce is grown for those living in crisis. Supporting Hope City Mission means investing in kindness, growth and care and we couldn’t be prouder to play a part in their incredible journey. Here’s to creating positive change together! 🩵
