Apeiron Homes has purpose-built brand-new SDA apartments ready for occupation
Eternity Life is a socially inclusive building that is 71% carbon neutral made from Simple Laminated Timber. The design’s inspiration has been taken from its surrounds and its external influences. Situated adjacent to Stony Creek, an active waterway leading to Maribyrnong River, we drew inspiration from remnant buildings within the site’s proximity; a nod to the industrial past of Footscray. This idea drove the form and shape of the building, with the gable roof forms and timber cladding.
Of the sixty-one apartments, fifteen have been designed to accommodate people living with disability. Designed to be universally accessible the building creates apartments and homes for life. The kitchens are designed for wheelchair access, electronics access throughout the apartments are provided, ceilings for hospital-grade care devices, and an overall consideration for universal access to all common areas are some of the initiatives incorporated to help residents enjoy independent living.
Architecturally designed and environmentally friendly, these amazing apartments make full use of natural light and provide an indoor living area that is quite spacious. Apartments boast a private balcony, open plan living and kitchen area. There is secured undercover parking available. Close to parkland and disability friendly walking tracks situated alongside Stony Creek. Enhancing the sense of community is the purpose built entertaining and socializing roof top. All apartments feature laundry facilities and generators for if in the event of a blackout, power is not lost. All apartments are designed to cater for High Physical support. If the client has family they wish to live with, talk to Apeiron. The perfect mix between care and comfort.

care delivery

Happy Sunday HC fam! Recently our Home Caring Vermont team had the privilege of attending the 20th anniversary celebration of Hope City Mission, a vital organisation making a profound difference in our community. As proud sponsors we deeply admire their unwavering dedication to providing food relief, support and hope to those in need. Hope City Mission’s initiatives extend far and wide from their compassionate crisis support programs to sustainable efforts like planting seedlings, whose produce directly benefits people facing hardship. It’s a joy to stand beside them in their mission to uplift lives and foster resilience.
Our sponsorship reflects Home Caring’s core value of giving without expecting anything in return. We’re thrilled to have contributed to initiatives like installing a sprinkler system to nurture their community garden, where fresh produce is grown for those living in crisis. Supporting Hope City Mission means investing in kindness, growth and care and we couldn’t be prouder to play a part in their incredible journey. Here’s to creating positive change together! 🩵
