Our new Specialist Disability Accommodation offers High Physical Support, an experienced care team and everything you need to thrive in the community. Enjoy contemporary living while building capacity, learning new skills and being supported for independence.

Support with Home Caring

Home Caring offers support with a highly experienced care team that will help you reach your goals while enjoying life to the full. We offer:

  • Personal care, such as help getting out of bed or having a shower
  • Assistance with domestic tasks such as cooking and cleaning
  • All clinical supports, including Nursing services and Allied Health services (e.g. physiotherapy, dietetics, podiatry)
  • Complex care and high care
  • Transport support so you can stay connected to the community
  • Help with employment and education
  • Opportunities for social engagement and fun activities
  • Capacity building and the chance to learn new skills
  • Assistance with managing money, budgeting and grocery shopping
