Home Caring is offering NDIS participants an opportunity to live in new, luxury-style SDA apartments in Merrylands, the heart of Western Sydney.

Our Merrylands SDA units feature:

  • Fully accessible home and outdoor BBQ area with bathroom rails
  • Electronic locks and biometric security devices so your apartment is safe and secure
  • Close to Parramatta CBD and public transport
  • Walking distance to Merrylands Stockland Mall, cinemas, restaurants, RSL club and other amenities

Our Care:

Home Caring’s SDA/SIL accommodation provides an opportunity to thrive in a supported environment which enhances independence and choice.

We believe care should be built around each individual, so we tailor our services to suit your needs and preferences. Our care coordinators and case managers will work with you, so your care plan helps you achieve your goals.

  • Enjoy a social environment with opportunities to build friendships, while having space for your own privacy
  • Develop independent living skills through our capacity building services, including fun social activities and transport assistance
  • We provide culturally-specific care and, if needed, bilingual services that respects your values and background
  • We ensure you and your family have all the information you need to make informed decisions about your care and accommodation, including information about maintenance, complaints management and our  conflict resolution policy

How To Apply:

1. Check your eligibility – To apply for accommodation, you must be eligible under your NDIS plan for an appropriate level of SDA and SIL funding.

2. Complete an expression of interest form

3. Receive an offer

4. Make arrangements to move in for the day
