Home Caring Tranmere is led by Annie Tsoumbris, a Registered Nurse with over 10 years’ experience in different care settings. Annie has worked in aged care as a manager, funding coordinator, clinical governance officer and care worker. She is skilled at managing multidisciplinary teams and helping staff achieve great outcomes for their clients.

Annie is passionate about helping people in the community achieve their goals – so they can live life to the full. Her team delivers individualised care, based on each person’s unique needs.

Home Caring Tranmere provides government-funded Home Care Packages and NDIS plans. We can help you:
