Lara Furletti, Director, Registered Nurse and Case Manager
A Registered Nurse with over 15 years’ experience, Lara has worked in aged care facilities, support homes and hospital settings. She is currently a Clinical Nurse Specialist in an operating theatre. Lara is passionate about helping people improve their quality of life, no matter their age or ability. She cares for her son who is living with a disability, and knows the difference high quality support can make to families’ lives.
Rey Garcia, Director and Registered Nurse
Rey is a Registered Nurse with experience in aged care, operating theatres and hospital , as well as six years’ experience as a paramedic in Kuwait. He is adept at working with multidisciplinary teams to deliver the best outcomes for patients. Rey believes supporting someone with a disability, or the older members of our community, is the most rewarding career you can have. He loves building people up, so they can reach their goals.
Don Fontabla, Case Manager
Don is a capable and caring care professional who is passionate about helping his clients meet their needs, reach their goals, and make the most of their government funding. He has worked in client-facing, management and administrative roles in the aged care sector, and has strong communication and problem solving skills that he uses to meet his client’s needs. Don works collaboratively with his clients and their support network, helping everyone achieve the best for optimal care.

Lester Fernandez, Director and Case Manager
Lester Fernandez has worked in Allied Health for 12 years as a Theatre Technician. On any given day, he would tend to urgent patient needs, share comforting words before surgery, manage pressure points, or address positioning so patients are more comfortable. Lester provides his services with passion and dedication. He treats his clients with care and respect – as if they are part of his family.
